  • Broil chiles, turning, until charred, 10 minutes. Place in bowl, cover and let sit 15 minutes. Peel, seed and slice. In skillet, simmer chiles with cream, 5 minutes; season. Divide among tortillas; top with cilantro, cheese and pepitas. Serve with lime quarters.
