Chicken Tikka Masala Flatbreads

Two delicious things (pizza and chicken tikka) combine to form one delicious dish

Servings: Makes 4 flatbreads


  • 1 lb. ground chicken

  • 1 tbsp.butter

  • 2 tsp. ground cumin

  • 2 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1 tsp. ground coriander

  • 1 1/2 cups tikka masala sauce from a jar

  • 4 garlic naan breads

  • 3/4 cup sliced red onion

  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta

  • 1/4 cup torn fresh mint


In skillet, cook chicken, butter, and spices over medium-high, stirring often, until meat is golden, about 7 minutes; season. On baking sheet, spread sauce on naans. Top with chicken and onion. Bake at 375° until naans are toasted, 10 to 15 minutes. Top with cheese and mint.
