- Canola oil
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (6 oz. each), cut 1/3 inch thick
- 3 cups panko
- 1 cup ketchup mixed with 1 tbsp. balsamic
In saucepan, heat 2 inches oil to 365 degrees . In bowl, whisk whites and onion powder. Add chicken; toss. Place panko in a bowl. Add chicken; toss. Fry in batches until golden, 2 minutes; season. Serve with dip.
