Chicken, Celery & Ginger Stir-Fry

  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 lb. bok choy, sliced
  • 1/3 cup sliced fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup black bean-garlic sauce
  • 3 ribs celery, sliced on an angle
  • 5 scallions, chopped into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp. minced peeled fresh ginger


In skillet, heat oil over high; cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and 1/3 cup water and cook, stirring often, until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes; season.
