Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 1 1/2 pound flank steak, at room temperature
- EVOO
Preparation
In bowl, combine garlic, salt and pepper. Brush steak with EVOO, sprinkle with rub and pat to adhere before grilling.
