Cherry Tomato Packets with Shallots and Bay Leaves
Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 bay leaves
- Few slices shallot
- EVOO
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
On a sheet of heavy-duty foil, place cherry tomatoes, bay leaves and shallot; drizzle with EVOO and season. Crimp foil to seal. Cook on or in coals until soft, about 10 minutes.
