Cherry-Plum Crumble

  • 6 plums, quartered
  • 1/2 cup cherry preserves
  • 1 1/4 cups oatmeal-cookie mix (17.5-oz. pkg.)
  • 5 tablespoons chilled unsalted butter, chopped
  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving


Preheat oven to 400 degrees . In greased, foil-lined 7-by-11-inch baking dish, toss plums and preserves. In bowl, combine cookie mix and butter. Scatter over plums; bake 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
