  • Brush ciabatta with 1/4 cup EVOO; grill over high until charred, 5 minutes per side. In blender, puree next 5 ingredients with 1 slice ciabatta and 1/4 cup oil; strain. Season and chill. Garnish with cucumber, ice and 1/4 cup EVOO. Serve with remaining bread.
