- 1 10 ounce bag frozen dark sweet cherries
- 1/4 cup (packed) light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon pure almond extract
- 2 cups club soda
In blender, puree cherries, brown sugar, lime juice, ginger and almond extract with 1/2 cup club soda. Pour into ice-filled glasses; top with remaining club soda.
