- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups frozen cherries, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 cup seltzer
In a small saucepan, stir sugar and water over medium-high until sugar dissolves. Add frozen cherries; simmer over medium 15 minutes. Add almond extract. Puree, then strain. Mix 2 tbsp. of the syrup with seltzer in an ice-filled glass.
