Cherry-Almond Ice Cream
Let the kids help turn a regular pint of vanilla into a cherry-almond treat. Mix, freeze, serve!

Start to Finish: 10 minutes (plus 20 minutes for softening and 1 hour for freezing) | Servings: 4 |
Ingredients
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/3 cup frozen cherries, thawed and roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup crumbled amaretti cookies
- 1/3 cup chopped almonds
Preparation
In medium bowl, using silicone spatula, fold all ingredients together. Transfer to airtight container; freeze until firm, at least 1 hour.
