  • In large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta until al dente, about 10 minutes, adding broccoli rabe during last 4 minutes of cooking. Drain; reserving 1 cup cooking water. In pot, mix pasta, broccoli rabe, ricotta and crushed red pepper. Stir in pasta water by 1/4 cupfuls until sauce is creamy. Top with Parmesan.
