Cheesy Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 cups shredded Gruyere
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Preparation
On baking sheet, toss broccoli with oil; season. Roast at 425 degrees until crisp-tender, 8 minutes. In pan, whisk milk into flour; season. Cook over medium until thickened, 4 minutes. Stir in cheese, broccoli and cayenne; transfer to 3-quart baking dish. Broil until browned, 5 minutes.
