  • In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high. Add spinach; season with salt and saute until wilted, 3 minutes. In a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish, arrange half the bread in a single layer. Top with half the spinach, cheese, turkey and tomatoes; repeat layering. In a bowl, whisk eggs and almond milk and season with salt. Pour over bread mixture; sprinkle with bacon. Bake at 400 degrees until set, about 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
