Cheese Tortellini with Herbs & Garlic

  • 20 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (such as basil, cilantro, mint and parsley)
  • 1/4 cup EVOO
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan


Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. In bowl, stir next 4 ingredients and 1/2 cup cheese; stir in pasta and water. Season; top with remaining cheese.
