Cheese Pinecones

  • 15 ounces (3 packages) Boursin or goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
  • 2 cups whole candied pecans
  • Rosemary sprig, for garnish
  • Crackers, for serving


Mix Boursin or goat cheese with minced rosemary. Mound into 2 pinecone shapes. Starting at the pointed ends, cover with candied pecans, slightly overlapping nuts. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve with crackers.
