Chard & Pineapple Smoothie
Sip away! These tropical pineapple, banana, and coconut smoothies are packed with fresh, in-season chard.
Ingredients
3 cups (packed) stemmed chard, leaves chopped
1 cup frozen pineapple cubes
1 banana, chopped
1 tbsp. grated peeled fresh ginger
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 cup coconut water
Preparation
In blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
