Ingredients

  • 3 cups (packed) stemmed chard, leaves chopped

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple cubes

  • 1 banana, chopped

  • 1 tbsp. grated peeled fresh ginger

  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  • 1 cup coconut water

Preparation

In blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
