- 1 1/2 cups champagne, sparkling wine or prosecco
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 envelopes (1/4 ounce each) gelatin
- 2 tablespoons colorful liqueur, such as Chartreuse
In a medium saucepan, combine the sparkling wine, sugar and 1/2 cup water. Sprinkle the gelatin over the liquid and let soften for 2 minutes. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is dissolved, about 5 minutes; stir in the liqueur.
Pour the mixture into a 9-inch square baking pan and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours. Cut into 36 pieces.
