  • In saucepan, bring first 4 ingredients, 2 1/2 cups water and 1 tsp. salt to a boil over medium-high. Add oats and sugar. Cook over medium, stirring occasionally, until liquid is absorbed and oats are tender, 5 to 8 minutes. Divide among bowls; top with mango and coconut.
