Chai-Spiced Oatmeal with Mango & Coconut

Ingredients
- 1 can (13.5 to 14 oz.) coconut milk
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (packed) light brown sugar
- 1 mango, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
Preparation
In saucepan, bring first 4 ingredients, 2 1/2 cups water and 1 tsp. salt to a boil over medium-high. Add oats and sugar. Cook over medium, stirring occasionally, until liquid is absorbed and oats are tender, 5 to 8 minutes. Divide among bowls; top with mango and coconut.
