- 10 stalks celery, with leaves
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- Club soda, chilled
In blender, puree 6 celery stalks with sugar, lime juice, and 1 cup water. Strain into 4 tall glasses filled with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with remaining celery stalks.
