  • Mix carrots, honey and vinegar; season with salt. Mix beef, onion, ketchup, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper; make 4 patties. Heat EVOO in large skillet over medium-high; brown burgers on both sides, about 10 minutes for medium. Serve on buns topped with carrots.
