  • In bowl, mix first 6 ingredients with 1/4 cup sour cream; season. In processor, pulse remaining 1 cup sour cream and mint; season. In large saucepan, heat oil to 360°. Fry batter by the tablespoon, turning once, until golden, 5 minutes; season. Serve with mint sauce.
