Caramel-Pecan Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 4 ounce stick butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
Preparation
In small pan, melt butter with brown sugar, stirring. Stir in heavy cream. Bring to boil, then simmer until thickened, 5 minutes. Let cool; stir in chopped pecans. Spoon over apples, ice cream or pound cake.
