- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 pound thick-cut bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees . In a small bowl, stir together the caramel sauce and chili powder, then brush all over each piece of bacon.
Arrange the bacon on a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet and bake until crisp and golden-brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
