- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted salted pistachios
- 1 cantaloupe, cut into wedges
Mix together yogurt, honey, ginger and pinch salt in small bowl. Place nuts in another small bowl. At the table, dip cantaloupe wedges in yogurt sauce, then nuts.
