Candy Corn-Striped Gelatin Cups

We think we like this more than candy corn, honestly.

  • 1 package (3 oz.) orange gelatin
  • 1 package (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp. confectioners’ sugar
  • Halloween sprinkles, for garnish


In medium bowl, stir orange gelatin and 1 cup boiling water until gelatin dissolves.
Stir in 1 cup cold water. Divide among 4 clear 8-oz. cups. Chill for 4 hours. Repeat with lemon gelatin, 1 cup boiling water, and 1 cup cold water, pouring lemon gelatin on top of orange gelatin in cups. Chill for 4 hours. Using electric mixer, beat cream and sugar to stiff peaks. Dollop gelatin with cream. Top with sprinkles.
