Cut a vanilla cupcake into three even layers. Starting at the base, add pieces of green fruit-leather "lettuce," taffy "bacon" and white frosting "mayo," then cover with the second cupcake layer. Next, add rounds of red gumdrop "tomatoes" and more fruit-leather, taffy and frosting. Place the third cupcake layer on top.
For the bacon: Press together strips of red and yellow taffy, alternating colors, then roll flat with a rolling pin. Trim into 3-inch pieces.
For the tomato: Flatten red gumdrops and cut out "tomatoes" with a cookie cutter.
