- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 large egg white
- 3 cups pecan halves (about 9 ounces)
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees . In a medium bowl, mix together the sugar and flour.
In a large bowl, beat the egg white until foamy; whisk in the brown sugar and flour mixture. Fold in the pecans.
Transfer the pecans to a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool completely before breaking apart.
