  • Make Big-Batch Tex-Mex Black Beans and portion out 1 1/2 cups for this recipe.

  • In a medium bowl, smash Tex-Mex Black Beans with a fork; mix in turkey and 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties and spray with cooking spray. On greased grill, cook over medium until well done, 4 to 5 minutes per side, topping with cheddar during last 2 minutes and tenting with foil to melt. Serve on buns with avocado and salsa. Toss mesclun with vinaigrette; season and serve alongside.
