  • In dutch oven, melt butter over medium. Add bok stems, onion and garlic; season; cook 15 minutes. Stir in flour. Add bok leaves and half-and-half; cook 3 minutes. Stir in cheese. Spread in greased 9-by-13-inch dish; top with panko. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
