- 10 radishes, thinly sliced
- Crusty bread
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 tablespoon EVOO, plus more for drizzling
- Salt and pepper, to taste
In a skillet, heat EVOO over medium-high heat. Add radishes and cook until golden, 5 minutes. Toast 4 slices bread. Divide ricotta among bread slices; top with radishes. Drizzle with EVOO; season with salt and pepper.
