- 3/4 cup flour, plus more for dusting
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup marshmallow cream
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Light ice cream
- Caramel sauce
- Whipped cream
- Maraschino cherries
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees . Coat a 9-inch-square baking dish with natural cooking spray, then dust with flour.
In a medium bowl, whisk 3/4 cup flour, the cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. In another medium bowl, whisk the marshmallow cream, sugar, eggs and butter until smooth. Add the flour mixture to the marshmallow mixture; stir just to blend. Scrape into the prepared pan; smooth top.
Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs, 13 to 15 minutes. Let cool in the pan 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack; let cool completely. Cut into 12 brownies. Top each with 1/2 cup ice cream, 1 tbsp. caramel sauce, 1 tbsp. whipped cream and a cherry.
