  • In a skillet, combine broccoli with 1/4 inch water; cook over high until the pan is dry and the broccoli is crisp-tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Add EVOO and cook, stirring, until broccoli is browned in spots, about 3 minutes. Add minced garlic, capers and parsley; toss 1 minute. Season.
