- Prep Time
- 2 lime wedges
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried hibiscus flowers
- Cracked ice
- 1/4 cup cachaca (a Brazilian brandy made with sugarcane)
In a cocktail shaker, combine the lime wedges, sugar and hibiscus; muddle with a wooden spoon. Fill halfway with cracked ice. Add the cachaca and shake for 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a cordial glass.
