- 16.25-oz. box of lemon cake mix
- 9-inch blueberry pie
- 2 cups whipped cream and sprinkles
Grease and flour a 9-inch spring form pan. Prepare the batter from a 16.25-oz. box of lemon cake mix. Add 2 cups batter to pan. Place a 9-inch room-temperature blueberry pie on top of the batter. Pour remaining batter over the pie to cover. Bake until a toothpick inserted 1 inch into the cake comes out clean, about 1 hour. Let cool; release pan sides. Top with 2 cups whipped cream and sprinkles.
