- 2 cups light vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 cups 1 percent milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Fresh blueberries, for garnish
In a blender, puree the ice cream, frozen blueberries, milk, honey and vanilla until thick and smooth. Pour into 4 glasses; garnish with a few fresh blueberries.
