Blueberry & Green Tea Punch
This layered drink is a great party trick, and it's easy to make for a crowd!

Ingredients
2 cups fresh blueberries, plus more for garnish
3 cups fresh mint, plus more for garnish
four 4-inch-long pieces of fresh ginger, thinly sliced
1/4 cup sugar
6 tea bags of green tea
lemon wedges, for squeezing
Preparation
Using muddler, crush 2 cups blueberries in heatproof pitcher. Add 3 cups mint, ginger, sugar, and tea bags. Top with 8 cups boiling water. Let steep for 20 minutes. Strain into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with blueberries and mint. Top each with squeeze of lemon.
