  • Using muddler, crush 2 cups blueberries in heatproof pitcher. Add 3 cups mint, ginger, sugar, and tea bags. Top with 8 cups boiling water. Let steep for 20 minutes. Strain into glasses filled with ice. Garnish with blueberries and mint. Top each with squeeze of lemon.
