Ingredients

  • Vanilla frozen yogurt
  • Frozen wild blueberries
  • Grated fresh ginger
  • Crystallized ginger

Preparation

In a blender, mix vanilla frozen yogurt, a few handfuls frozen wild blueberries and grated fresh ginger. Freeze until firm, 4 hours. Top with crystallized ginger.
