Blueberry Breakfast Crunch Ice Pops

  • Makes ten 2 1/2-oz. popsServings


  • 6 oz. fresh blueberries

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

  • 1 3/4 cups kefir

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup granola 


In small saucepan, cook first 3 ingredients and 1 tbsp. water over medium, stirring often, until jammy, about 10 minutes. In medium bowl, whisk kefir and honey; pour into ice pop molds. Freeze until slushy, about 1 hour. Divide blueberries among molds. Using skewer, stir a few times to swirl. Top with granola, pressing gently to adhere granola to ice pop mixture. Insert ice pop sticks. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
