- 3 pitas, split horizontally
- 2 tablespoons EVOO
- 2 pears, sliced
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
Preheat oven to 425 degrees . Cut pitas into wedges; brush insides with EVOO. Put on 2 parchment-lined baking sheets. Top with pears, cheese and rosemary. Bake 10 minutes.
