- 8 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
- 6 dried figs, chopped
- 1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped

Mix cream cheese with blue cheese and figs. Form into a ball; coat with walnuts. Wrap in plastic; refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with peppery crackers.
