BLT Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken cutlets
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup chopped romaine
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons EVOO
Preparation
Season chicken; wrap each cutlet with 2 slices bacon. In skillet, cook over medium- high, 4 minutes per side. Bake at 350 degrees until cooked through, 6 minutes. Toss remaining ingredients; season.
