- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 1 pounds pork tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1/2 cup blackberry jam, warmed
In bowl, mix spices, 2 1/2 tsp. salt and 3/4 tsp. pepper; rub onto pork. In ovenproof skillet, sear pork in oil over high, 5 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees until cooked through, about 16 minutes. Slice; drizzle with jam.
