Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons black olive tapenade
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup EVOO
  • 4 grilled salmon fillets (about 1 lb.)

Preparation

In bowl, whisk first 5 ingredients. Whisk in EVOO to blend. Drizzle over grilled fish.
