Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup half-and-half
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 stick butter, at room temperature

Preparation

In bowl, whisk first 4 ingredients and 1 tbsp. sugar; transfer to greased 24-cup mini muffin pan. Bake at 450 degrees , 15 to 20 minutes. In processor, puree remaining ingredient , 5 minutes. Serve with popovers
