- 1 sliced frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 3 1/2 oz. frozen unsweetened acai puree
- 1 tbsp. flaxseed
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- Sliced kiwi, cut into half moons
- Fresh or frozen raspberries
- Sliced fresh bananas
- Shelled hemp seeds
In a blender, puree 1 sliced frozen banana, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 3 1/2 oz. frozen unsweetened acai puree, 1 tbsp. flaxseed and 3/4 cup coconut water. Top with sliced kiwi, cut into half moons, fresh or frozen raspberries, sliced fresh bananas and shelled hemp seeds.
Note: Acai berries are full of minerals, fiber and metabolism supporting B vitamins, and they have 10 times the antioxidants of red grapes!
