  • In a blender, puree 1 sliced frozen banana, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, 3 1/2 oz. frozen unsweetened acai puree, 1 tbsp. flaxseed and 3/4 cup coconut water. Top with sliced kiwi, cut into half moons, fresh or frozen raspberries, sliced fresh bananas and shelled hemp seeds.
