  • In skillet, cook beef in EVOO over medium-high until browned, 5 minutes. Stir in beans and chili powder. Cook 3 minutes; season. In medium bowl, combine mango, bell pepper, scallions and lime juice for salsa; season. In large, dry skillet, toast tortillas over high until golden and crispy, 2 minutes per side. Top with meat mixture and salsa.
