- Cooked chicken, sliced thinly
- Barbecue sauce
- Black beans
- Light shredded cheddar-jack
- Whole-grain tortilla
Toss a few slices cooked chicken with barbecue sauce, black beans, salsa and some shredded light cheddar-jack. In a large nonstick skillet, top half a large, tortilla with the mixture. Fold tortilla in half and cook over medium, turning once, until tortilla browns and cheese melts, 1 to 2 minutes.
