  • Mix 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tsp. cumin, cilantro and zest. In bowl, mix 1/2 cup flour, cornstarch, 1/2 cup yogurt, 2 tsp. cumin and 1/2 cup water. In pot, heat 1 inch oil to 375 degrees . Dust okra with 1/2 cup flour; dip in batter. Fry until golden, 3 minutes. Serve with sauce.
