Banh Mi Bites

Ingredients
- 3/4 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 24 half-inch-thick baguette slices, toasted
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 6 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cilantro
Preparation
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Season chicken and grill 4 to 6 minutes per side. In small bowl, mix mayo, sriracha and lime juice; spread half the sauce on toasts. Slice chicken; divide among toasts. Top with carrots, radishes and cilantro. Drizzle with remaining sauce.
